Divide the value for one millimeter by the length of the unit in
millimeters.
A chain = 66 feet = 66 * 12 * 25.4 = 20116.8 mm
Parameter would be 111319933.8/20116.8 = 5533.68

Although I use the 'chain' unit quite often, I just discovered that it is
not an available unit in the MI default Scalebar tool. The About box refers
to the Scalebar.cfg file, where I assume the unit can be added. I don't seem
to locate anything in the Users Guide to MI 6.5, Can anyone advise me of the
unit and conversion formulas to add to this configuration file which would
allow "Chains" to be available?
