Issue: Can anyone advise me of the unit and conversion formulas to add to this configuration file which would allow "Chains" to be available (in the Scale Bar tool)? Thanks Jacques Paris for the assistance. Referenced in the "About" Dialog of the "Scale bar" tool, the SCALEBAR.CFG file in the tools folder. Edit this with a text editor adding the desired unit to the list. Below is a formula provided by Mr. Paris for the formula for "chains". Jacques indicates that this formula 'should' be ok for other common units not found in the list (ie rods, links etc) should those be needed.
