List, I seem to recall a discussion a while ago about how to align text in a layout window through mapbasic, and I=92ve had no luck searching the archives. Basically, I=92d like to simply center a text object in a layout with a mapbasic statement. I=92d like to use a Run Menu Command statement but, alas, there doesn=92t seem to be one (other than just to launch the = align dialog). Is there a secret to this, or has anybody figured out a way to manually do this by estimating the length of a string, etc.? Thanks in Advance, Chris Christopher DuBuc V.P.
