Hi all. I have a client that has MI Pro v6.5. This version appears to want to print directly to the printer and not to the spooler (hence jamming up their system while the printing is in progress). Other software go to the spooler, so the spooler appears to be working. Does anyone know how to force MI Pro v6.5 to send prints through the spooler? Thanks for your advice.
