Hi I use Acrobat Distiller 5.0 with a custom paper format to produce PDFs up to A0 size. It work very good for me. In MapInfo select Adobe Distiller as your "Printer" and define the paper size for your layout/map in settings for the "printer". When you press print select your output PDF file name and..... !
