Greetings Lai
There are many software packages available to do this type of presentation
work. It does depend on whether you want it to display like a movie or a
series of stills. Powerpoint certainly does both but your after a variety
(that I know) I'll list a few within certain categories.
Static Presentations:
Corel Draw 7-10
Powerpoint
Adobe Acrobat
Automotion Presentation: (Will run like a movie)
Corel RAVE 10 (expensive but can export to windows.avi, flash format or gif
amination)
Adobe Premiere (really expensive)
Macromedia Flash
Powerpoint (witihin reason, easier to setup for the novice)
These are only the one's I have used over the last five years or so and they
do an excellent job, but it depends what you want to do. Some of these may
be overkill but all-round packages like CorelDraw (comes as a bundle of all
sorts of wicked graphics tools) are useful for desktop publishing for
publications, business cards, photo editing etc. Adobe & Macromedia products
are also good but don't come bundled and are not as good value for money and
tend to be more specialised (In my opinion).
I've probably made everything as clear as mud, sorry but this may give you a
place to start.
