Our MAPublisher product will do excatly that but it is currently priced at
US$695. I am not aware of any freeware to do those things.
MAPublisher will allow you to add georeferencing to the FreeHand file and/or
project it as necessary and then export out to mid/mif and shape formats.
If US$695 is beyond your budget, let me know how many files you have like
this and perhaps we can work out an arrangement whereby we can do the
conversion for you.
