ATLAS GIS RETURNS TO MARKET AS ARCVIEW 8.X EXTENSION Current Atlas GIS Platform To Be Supported; New Atlas 4.0 Sales Resume NORTHRIDGE, CA October 23, 2001 - RPM Consulting (www.rpmconsulting.com), an ESRI Business Partner and leading provider of business geographic solutions, announced today a special agreement with ESRI to continue to sell and support Atlas GIS. RPM is also developing an extension to ArcView 8.1 incorporating the unique Atlas functionality and "look and feel". RPM will sell Atlas GIS 4.0 until the ArcView extension is introduced next year, and will then continue to provide support for all Atlas users. A copy of Atlas GIS 4.0 is now $595, and bulk pricing is available. Upgrades from prior Atlas versions or ArcView cost $295, and there are now competitive upgrades. Annual phone support and training contracts start at $295.
