Hi Paul,

I presume the polylines enclose an area and you want one region object =
instead of two polylines.Make your layer editable, select the polylines =
and then combine them into one object (Objects->Combine). The result is =
a single polyline. Select this polyline and then convert it into a =
region (Objects->Convert to Regions).
