Has anyone discovered a way of making vector data colours transparent so
features on a base raster can be seen. I know about using a dotted hatch with
no background but we need solid colours, and my experiences with the transparent
and translucent tools in adjust image styles have been largely unsuccessful. I
would appreciate any advice and guidance.

Thanks
James
