Hi out there I have data wich is in decimal Degree but the units are 10^-7 degree rather than decimal degree. (ie 1230000000 instead of 123 Degree) Hence, the coordintes must be multiplied by .0000001 before displaying. I know there is a SCALE value in the projection string, but how do i have to use it?
