Hi again folks, Thanks for the speedy response on this one!
Couple of suggestions for the solution to my problem: Mike Lynch suggested altering my code to use Map From for the first layer then Add Map for subsequent layers. Tried this first and it worked great! Paul Crisp and Jacques Paris both suggested similar solutions. Basically building up a string which contained the names of the layers then using this to do a Map From statement. Laurence Seeff sugested using Map From s_tablename View Automatic instead of Map >From s_tablename. Since the first suggestion worked I'll stick with it for now but I'll give the others a try when I get a chance. Thanks again Gordon Stenhouse ________________________________________ North of Scotland Water Authority http://www.noswa.co.uk Telephone: 0845 743 7437 NOTE: Privileged/Confidential Information may be contained in this message.
