Do not run MI under ME MapInfo Corp. has not "certified" MI under ME (as I understood, it has no intention to do it) and there are instances where MBX do not work under ME. Ex, no calls to the MIGRID.DLL are recognized.
The freezing of the MapBasic compiler comes certainly from the MI/ME coupling. It's an inconvenience, rather than life-threatening (the changes are saved OK before the freeze), but if anyone has experienced similar and has a fix, I'd be very grateful! The PC in question has MB 6.0 running under Windows ME. I don't get the problem with NT4.
