I has a classified grid with 25 discrete classes. It is in ASCII format and I want to import it into Vertical Mapper 3.0 and Mapinfo 6.5 The import grid wizard imports the grid, but the result is a numeric grid where the VM infotools and point inspection shows interpolated values, NOT the classified as I need I have tried the "use closest node" option from Info and metadata, but the values is still not accurate (4.002 or 5.998 is not the right answer) Is there any easy solution (a special way og doing the import, conversion etc.) ???
