Hi Listerners, I'm sorry but I was to quick with this posting. The problem isn't solved by reinstalling the ECW-plugin.

Appearently this problem is only occuring on Win98 and ??. On my laptop running Win2000 the problem didn't occure but on my older computer running Win98 the problem occured in mystirious ways: 1. Opening 2 or more ECW tables into the same map, crashes MapInfo 2. Opening 1 single ECW table into a map allready containing a visible ECW tables, crashes MapInfo 3. Opening 2 or more ECW tables into seperate windows doesn't crash MapInfo 4. Opening 2 or more ECW tables into the same map, doesn't crash MapInfo if they are opened outside their zoom. Appearently there only was a problem if you tried to open a ECW table into a map, that was allready showing a ECW table.
