Does anyone still use On Target Mapping's Drive Time 5.0 program? I know it was purchased by MapInfo a few years ago, and they no longer support it.
When I tell it to analyze my selected point, it always creates a polygon and places it miles from the original location. There is a configuration file ~runfile.dat which I attempt to modify without success. Something keeps overwriting it. So, I try to put the *.OTL files in proper location. What else do I need to do?
