The best way: 1.) Download trial version of MapX 2.) Log into disscusion group (very useful) 2.) Try and study sample codes
There is DeveloperGuide (pdf) where you can see basic principles. Most often are examples here for VB or C but I yhink it is not so big problem to understand them and rewrite for delphi.
