But if you want to have it expressed in some linear measurement then 360
degrees = around the globe, which has been estimated to about 40 077 km
along the equator and 40 009 km along a meridian. Therefore you will have an
imprecise precision

40 077 000 metres <> 360 000 000 millionth of a degree or around 11.1 cm

If measured along a parallel, 11.1 cms * cos(latitude)
