Hi Michel

We wrote once an install instruction of MapXtreme NT 2.5 for a single server.
You find a PDF document on http://www.mapserver.ch/en/mapxtreme.htm (bottom of the 
page).
Be aware that we do not guarantee anything along with it ... but it might help ...
