Greetings all! Some time ago it was a question on how to show parallell bus routes. The reply by Philip Waight suggested creating offset line styles by MapInfo Line Style Editor. A reply, I'm at the moment is very grateful for because I'm trying to visualize roads for traffic and for bicycles in the same map and at scale 1:50,000. And believe me they are often close to each other. Now I use the polygon tool in the Line Style Editor to create offset lines and voila.
My problem is that I need lines with an offset on one side but also an "offset" from the start and end points. Now I have to erase 50 meters at every junction to make it look good. Any ideas how to do this would be greatly apprieciated.
