Hi Andreas,

to make your vector map align properly with your
correctly registered raster map you could apply
my "FlexibleMap" tool. It can do geo-registration
of vector maps based on control points (similar
to MI's raster image registration feature).
Makes use of various types of transformation
(affine, Helmert, rubber-sheeting, ...).
