Hi list, me again... I've just come across some rather unusual behaviour in MI, and I was wondering whether anyone else has experienced it. I put up an question regarding Run Menu Commands and updating the created obj with data. Originally my program would create an obj (Run Menu Command) and prompt for data, which once entered, would update the current row (newly created object). Now When I run the program, it creates the object but the data that is entered into the dialog boxes is out of sync. e.g
Col Col1 Col2 Obj1 Obj2 Obj3 If I enter 1 and 2 into Col1 and Col2 for Obj1...it puts in 0 and 0. When I create obj2, it puts 1 and 2 into Col1 and COl2 for Obj2...so it is always out of sync and adds data from the previous record into the next record. The problem is that the program worked this morning and now doesn't...I have looked at my use of global variables (I know :), plus my use of Run Menu Commands...I've put notes into the MBX so I can check what the values are at the beginning of each subroutine. Why is it always one record late??? Please any ideas??? This is unexpected and I don't know why/how is has ocurred...the program needs to be working by Friday so I'm feeling a little pressured...Any help would be great...
