Hello, I'm in search of an inexpensixe data set that gives lat/lon (or a mappable point in Mapinfo format) for the telephone country code and city code pairs for perhaps the top 5000 cities throughout the world. Geographic precision isn't particularly important. As an example; For country code = 1 and city code = 212, I need the lat/lon of New York City or for country code = 44 and city code = 71 i need the lat/lon of downtown London Any help would be greatly appreciated.
