I have finally managed to track down the VirtuoZo software. It is available
from a company called Supresoft (http://www.supresoft.com/english/index.htm)
and there are several versions ranging from a "Lite" version to the full
blown package. A cursory glance did not reveal any pricing information!

I think the package is Virtuoso, and the original developer was Graeme
Brooks, but I couldn't find any trace of him. Not sure of the spelling
either.
