Hi Martin

I too have had probs in the past (a year or to back)trying to plot large
plots.

The max I could get was about 2.4m at 300 dpi.

I never did worked out what the real problem was.

Subject: MI-L Max print length

Hi,

Whilst assisting a client with a printing problem recently, I wondered about
the max. length of a page that MI Pro can print.

I think I recall seeing (quite a while ago) some info which suggested that
MI Pro was limited to 28800 output dots in x or y direction - a limitation
apparently due to the xvt codebase.

This means a max. print length of 48" (121cm) @ 600 dpi.

Does anyone know if this is correct ?
Can anyone at MapInfo confirm this ?
Has anyone printed pages longer (in dots) than this ?

Best Regards,

Martin Higham
