Hi Andreas,
I experienced something similar. To overcome this I restarted the =
computer and immediately after that I managed to save the window as =
bitmap.=20
I suppose this a consequence of how Windows manages the system's memory.
There is also another thing: were the paper and layout units the same =
on all 3 systems?
To check this, while in MapInfo go in:
Options > Preferences > System
You may also have specified a different size for the picture.

Subject: MI-L Saving Windows - Not enough Memory?!
Hi!
Well - today I wanted to save some Layout bitmaps to print them on
transparency film. Yesterday I tested this successfully with two
computers, but today I tried it with a third computer, with an (as far
as I know) identically setup to one of the computers I used
yesterday. But on this computer today mapinfo complains about too less
memory when saving the windows in double window size.
As I tested this yesterday on a computer with 64 MB RAM and the
computer I use today has 256 MB RAM, I really can't imagine, why this
computer should'nt have enough memory.
Does anyone had a similar problem in the past, and knows an solution
for this?
Andreas
