Dear List I'm working on a project to optimise the sales territories of an area i.e. Northampton (UK). Although I have worked on a project optimising/re-organising routes in the past, I wondered whether anybody on the list has worked on something similar so that I can draw on their experience. I have searched on the internet and have come up with a few useful websites to look at(http://www.british-franchise.org/casestudy/freedom.html and http://www.caci.co.uk/case-studies.asp) but most require buying of customised software of some sort. I was hoping to work with just MapInfo 5.5 and RouteView Pro that we already have. I would appreciate your advise on this matter very much.
