I have created a layered map in MapInfo (ver 4.5.2) and I am trying to use Acrobat Distiller 4.0 to print a pdf map. The map has a scanned tif map as the background image, and has other data in overlying layers. When I view the completed pdf map only a small horizontal strip of the raster image is present.
I have successfully used this method previously to print pdf maps with the same raster layer. Can anyone suggest why it is not working now. With deadlines to meet I am getting desperate.
