Kampsax has a application for sale that does a Helmert transformation to a Mapinfo vector table. If you can get the Corel Trace 10 vector layer into Mapinfo, the VisualHelmert application can transform it to the coordinate system you like. Take a look at this pdf file available at ftp://ftp.mapinfo.dk/pub/VisualHelmert/ The helmert transformation can be used to rotate or displace a MapInfo vector table or transform a vector table from a non-earth projection to an earth projection.
