Hello Catherine,

Most software companies build application software for the Wintel platform
without caring about the brand of processor. If there is an issue, it's more
likely to be a bug in the compiler/assembler used to create the application
or a deviation from spec' or bug in the processor itself. The latter is more
a concern for Intel's competitors but, as history as shown, even Intel can
release a buggy processor. Finally, if a problem is definitely hardware
related (which is difficult to prove), it could be a lot of things other
than the processor. Is there a specific problem you are experiencing?

Subject: MI-L MapInfo and Intel components

Good morning to all,

I would like to know if there are any known bugs about MapInfo and Intel
components (processor...) ?

Thanks again for the valuable help!

Salutations,
