If you were using Maptitude 4.5 you would have, in the included data, geographic files for nationwide perennial rivers and lakes, based on TIGER/Line 2000, with names for all the named rivers and lakes. Also, you would have other nationwide geographic files, such as for areas from states down to tracts and ZCTAs (with a demographic profile from the 2000 Census), and streets ready for locating by address and display.
