Hi List, I have a program that generates roughly 250 temp tables (from a selection)-I want to update each seperate temp table with information. Problem is, since they are selection tables, often information is overwritten especially when selection tables contain the same information. Other than committing EACH selection table, and re-opening them to perform the update procedure, is there any other way of doing this?? this is for an web map program, so at the moment it's generating 250 html image maps--the process doesn't take long...but if you're doing this with 2500 temp tables...then itz gonna take pretty mu a whole hour...any suggestions or advice would be excellent...
