Dear Listers; Does anybody have an application that does point reductions for polygons? I have some regions that I am translating to SVG and the files are enormous because the regions have so many superfluous nodes. I could, and probably will, write something myself. However I thought I would take advantage of your vast resources and knowledge prior to re-inventing the wheel.
Besides wanting a free solution, I thought it would be great if the solution would accept parameters such as tolerances for distance between points and angle of deflection.
