Hello all, Is it possible to rotate individual regions or groups of polylines in a single layer ? The rotate map window tool works for whole layers, (although I think there may be limitations of the number of line segments or regions rotated. I have tried this and only got partial results, some segments rotated, other not, very frustrating. Anyone else have this problem ?), but I would like to rate portions of the layer.
