Another possiblity (probably faster with big datasets) is to export to
MIF/MID format, add this clause at the top of the MIF file (just after
COORDSYS):

TRANSFORM 0,0,0.0035,-0.0018333333

and reimport.

I have assumed using latitude/longitude data and changed the minutes
into decimal values.

Kind regards

Subject: MI-L linear shift of all layers by increments of minutes

Hello,

I'm looking to shift all my objects west by 0.21 minutes and north by
0.11 minutes. Any recommendations to doing this accurately would be
greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
