Hi there folks, i was trying to overlay 2 different maps of the same area that were projected differently (one was lat\long and the other was incorrectly projected as a US State Plane Tennessee 4100) and are about 3000km away from each other when viewed in the same mapper. I tried to save the maps as many various projections so that when one was moved (then overlayed) to the same geographic location as the other they would line up, but this caused one of the maps to be distorted \ rotated. I tried saving each of them as many different projections, but to no avail. I was hoping to find a tool that i could manually select a group of objects and rotate them the way you can format\rotate labels. Does anyone know of such a tool? Any advice or suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks again for your time and to the people who responded to my original question. Cheers, Joe.
