I have added to the site a chapter in the MI Environment (
www.paris-pc-gis.com/MI_Enviro/mie_start.htm
<http://www.paris-pc-gis.com/MI_Enviro/mie_start.htm> ) that deals with
colors. It draws heavily on the old ColorFun.zip and one chapter of My (MI)
Bag oTricks and add sevral insights as well as a brand new dimension:
building your own color palette CLR file for MI. The Palette Maker demo
program is also available in the Beta testing zone (col_pal_makr.zip at
www.paris-pc-gis.com <http://www.paris-pc-gis.com/> in the Beta section).

A new data set: French administrative boundaries (regions and departments)
with chef-lieu cities. The original MIF/MID files are distributed freely by
the IGN. I prepared them as Tab files for immediate use with a different
breakdown and built 3 different WORs for presentation. Coordsys is Lambert
II. ( www.paris-pc-gis.com <http://www.paris-pc-gis.com/> in the Free data
sets section)
