People, We have just discovered a bug with the MapInfo Service Pack that promotes the current version (Build 19) to Build 31 (Use the Help > About to find out what version you are..)
If you utilise the "Objects --> Clean" functionality Programatically or otherwise, MI-Pro will return with No errors encountered and No holes cleaned either. This applies only if you select a single object. If you "Check Regions", it will detect the gaps correctly. The problem comes in with cleaning these gaps. Solution: Do Not Upgrade to this service pack if you use the Objects.Clean functionality Heavily. Alternatively, sas out the readme and see whether corrections included will benefit you or not.
