We do not have PostScript. We have been using the HP800 for about 7 months
now and have never experienced a printing problem. The plotter is not on a
network and we do not print to file. We have used small raster images as
insets or company logos, but it is not the main focus of our mapping.
Unfortunately, I do not have a definitive answer for you. You may need
PostScript for aerial photos, but you may not.
