I'm having a similar problem with a .dwg file. There must be something in the air. I've used Universal Translator and have opened the file and it looks oriented correctly but it is not registered correctly. It's coordinate center in US State Plane Feet is 0,0. Is there any way to save this in some format, like a raster, that I could register myself? Or is there some way to re-register it? Or is it possible, and functional, to select all of the layer and drag it to the correct location?
