Me again - 1st ? - I've got about 10,000 records that I need to strip the leading 0 from in a three character field (ex 01 needs to be 1) I know I can use the search replace tool, but I would have to do that 9 times for each table ugh! Is there Map Basic code that I could use? And what would it be?
2nd? - I've imported several dxf files into MI. They come over with the line bearing and distance labels and other attributes just fine. I've managed to select all the labels through a select command (ThanQ to those who responded with that tidbit of help, it save me enormous amounts of time and wear and tear on my clicking finger). Is there a way to update a column with the actual label text instead of the id#? There must since MI knows what text to display in the mapper, but I cant figure it out! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
