Hi Folks, My problem was that Jason Adams original Scalebar for Layout utility ceased working when we upgraded to MI 6.5 and Win 2000 from MI 5.5 and WIn98. In fact it kept crashing MI sessions.
It turns out the problem existed on two of the machines we upgraded and two others were OK. Eventually our IT department tracked the problem to a corrupt User profile. The problem has gone away. We have left one 'corrupt' machine to see what else it throws up. Thank you to all the folks who sent me new versions of this great utility.
