Hi Mark,

Are you looking at a pair of tables joined by a query ?
What files can you see using Windows Explorer ?
Try looking at the TAB file in a text editor - what definition table file
type is it ?

Save a copy of the dataset to a new location and then try packing this new
table. Do the number of objects change after you have packed it ?

If so, the table was corrupted somehow.

HTH,

Blaine
