You can neither load a wor file in mapX nor can you run a mapbasic
application with mapx
What you can do is load from MI's Tools - The geoset tool and create a
geoset based on your wor file and load that Geoset ".gst" file as the
geoset for the MapX application.
and in case you want to run a mapbasic application within VB, you can go
for MI Automation
