I have sent this to MapInfo Technical support but thought that I would throw
it out to the list to see if any users had already seen and/or resolved this
problem.

Problem: Geosets referencing TAB files on networked computers will not map
using MapXtreme

Environment: Windows 2000 Server, IIS5, ASP, MapX 4.0, MapXtreme for Windows

Description: Using MapXtreme I cannot reference TAB files in my Geoset with
networked path names. Local files are available only. The Map.SearchPath
(Session(SESN_MAPPER).SearchPath) allow for changes on the local machine but
still will not work over the network. This is true using the UNC or mapping
the drive. I have checked and set the IUSR_xxx and IWAM_xxx accounts to
provide access on the networked computer for IIS related services as well as
allowing "Everybody" to see the files. I have used complete and relative
path names but to no avail. I assume this is a permissions problem but I am
not sure where the permissions should be set. The "Geoset Manager"
application, however, can see the networked files using the same ".gst",
lending one to believe it is a permissions issue with an IIS related
account.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
