One point is 1/72 inches, so a 12 point diameter circle is 1/6
inch across and has a radius of 1/12 inch. Multiply that by
24,000, you have a radius of 2000 inches, or 166.67 ft. The area
of a circle is PI * r^2, so your area is approx. 87266 sq ft.
