Hello,
I've just installed MapInfo 7.0 (Win 2000 SP2, 1.8GHz P4, 512Mb RD-RAM). I have installed the Metadata Browser, though whenever I try to run it from the button within MapInfo I get an error message 'runmmdb.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows'. No amount of uninstalling and re-installing the Metadata Browser makes any difference. The rest of MapInfo seems to behaving fine...

Has anyone else encountered this ? Am I missing something obvious ?
