Objectgeography(obj,1) for x of starting node of a line object, 2 for y,3
for x of ending node, 4 fot y

Do not forget to tell MI the coordys you are using before updating columns
(set coordsys tabl your_table)

Subject: MI-L bounds of a line

hey mappers,

i know i can create lines using the code:
    CreateLine( x1 , y1 , x2 , y2 )

but how do i extract those numbers from a line?

i want to do a column update so i am using the Update Column thing from the
menu, and i just want to know what the expression is.

when i double-click a line in my table it gives me the Bounds X1 etc, so i
just want an expression which represents this number.

thanks

ash
