Hi, I'm hoping that some of you can help me, or at least explain why this is happening.
I print many of my maps into .pdf files, using Distiller (so that I can easily re-print them at a later date). However, we have recently purchased a new printer (not the one I wanted to buy!!! :-) which is a HP A3 colour laser printer. I have tried to print out some of my A3 .pdfs which have a file size of around 130Kb, but when I send them to this printer, they "blow out" to an unbelieveable 408MB, and sit in the queue and hold all the other jobs up. They eventually print.... after about 1 hour. Can someone tell me why this happens? and /or is there any way around this problem?
