Siggraph 2002 "flooding"
-------------------------
ACM Siggraph is one of the most important conferences of the year on computer graphics
and interactive techniques. There are thirty-fifty thousand people to attend it each
year. This summer Siggraph 2002 take places on July 21-26 in San Antonio, Texas, USA.
Despite prolific news reports of major flooding in San Antonio, the downtown area
where Siggraph 2002 will be held has been unaffected. In fact, isn't Siggraph
"flooded" by "3D graphics fans" each year?:-) For more conference info, please see

3Dlabs Announces Programmable Graphics Accelerator Family
----------------------------------------------------------
3Dlabs, Inc. announced the availability in June of the Wildcat VP family of
workstation-class graphics accelerators. Wildcat VP uses 3Dlabs' Visual Processing
Architecture to integrate over 200 32-bit processors into a single Visual Processing
Unit (VPU) for 170 Gflops and over 1.2 TeraOps of programmable power. Wildcat VP's
power and flexibility provide industrial-strength 2D and 3D performance, quality and
functionality for OpenGL and Direct3D applications.

NewCyber3D Technical FAQ
